National Compliance & Quality Manager

Stephen has a strong finance and compliance industry background, and worked previously for a large financial institution in the UK for 10 years. In the past, he has held the position of NSW State Field Marketing Sales Manager at SMART.

Stephen’s focus is on continuously improving quality and compliance in the field marketing division. He is also responsible for Profit & Loss, and for driving efficiencies nationally. Stephen works closely with the National Sales Manager, and is jointly accountable for all aspects of the field marketing division. Current activities include driving excellence within the management team, improving operations, and implementing new strategies to improve the business.
