Paul has worked in the contact centre industry for more than 10 years. He has worked with industry leaders in sectors including telecommunications, banking and finance, utilities, and Government. By combining his qualifications in engineering, COPC and Six Sigma methodologies with his experience in sales spanning back to the mid 90’s, Paul brings a unique approach to contact centre management.

Paul’s focus on people, process and technology has seen SMART’s contact centre double in size in three years. Paul specializes in re-engineering sales processes, working closely with the C.E.O and the head of Field Marketing. His focus is on positioning SMART to be an innovative industry leader in inbound and outbound communications and sales. Paul is a member of the SMART Executive.
