Professional Services Manager Karl has worked as a contact centre business consultant for 10 years, joining SMART in 2008. Karl holds a Bachelor of Business Management from RMIT (Major in Marketing), a Diploma in Project Management, and has training in other skills such as Six Sigma / ITIL / BA. Karl began in the telecommunications industry, and has since progressed to senior business and technology consulting. He has been responsible for managing large scale IT and infrastructure implementations for companies such as NAB, Westpac, FOXTEL, Insurance Line, Simply Energy, MyHome.com, Medibank, DEST and Jetstar. Karl brings a thorough understanding of business process and control tools, marketing concepts, IT business requirements, development platforms, infrastructure, pricing and commercial agreements. Karl oversees the Project Management Office and Business Analysis teams, and provides the senior management team with the ability to perform large scale external business consulting. |
