Matt has successfully grown and managed multiple businesses based on his passion for delivering value to clients and creating success driven and vibrant culture.  Utilising his experience across multiple industries including Energy, Banking, Finance, Telecommunications, IT and Government, Matt is charged with the continued growth of The Smart Group
