Ross comes from an advertising background. He has worked for SMART in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, across a number of successful campaigns. He has a solid understanding of the direct marketing industry and his experience is a key factor in driving field sales.

Ross is SMART’s energy sales Channel Manager for NSW and is responsible for driving sales revenue in NSW. He is accountable for training and developing all energy sales representatives to the highest standard, so that when they are on field, they represent the client in a professional and informative manner.
