Paul has been employed with the company since December 2008. He has worked previously as a State Recruitment Manager in Victoria where he was responsible for inducting new staff members to work on sales campaigns within the company.

Paul had been promoted internally to a senior management role. His focus is now on driving sales volumes and revenue in the business through: high level sales recruitment; training; development and people management.
