Contact Centre Manager John began working with The Smart Group in 2007 and since then has worked across several different sales and service campaigns. John is a registered COPC Coordinator and manages the day-to-day operations of multiple inbound and outbound teams. He is responsible for the contact center organisational structure and relevant resourcing and recruitment requirements. John believes in delivering a positive customer experience. He displays inspirational leadership capabilities which maintain high performance culture. John achieves operational excellence through creating a culture of engaging people who are fully committed to the vision of the business.
