Technology Advisor to the CEO

Hann has a Bachelor of Computer from Monash University. He has been involved in numerous IT fields including web development, software testing and network infrastructure. He joined SMART in late 2004 to help create the SMART IT department. Hann has overseen SMART’s growth from a small 24 seat call centre operation to one supporting 300 seats across multiple offices around Australia.

Following the vision laid out by the founders, Hann’s responsibility is to integrate technology within SMART to achieve increased productivity and automation.
