The SMART Group have recently championed the use of mobile devices to streamline the activities of our Field Marketing and Direct Sales divisions, through our exclusive partnership with InterfaceIT.

After 10 years of running sales channels for our clients, our requirements were delivered to Interface IT, who set about developing a market-leading system, simply called: iKnock.

The iKnock product from InterfaceIT is a mobile software platform that allows users to complete a range of tasks using the Apple iPad.

iKnock streamlines data processing capabilities (removing all paperwork from your mobile interactions), is equipped with geospatial mapping and tracking, allows more information to be collected and used for customer profiling and marketing, provides businesses with extensive management visibility and real-time reporting and can be customised for each particular client.
