Our Melbourne based Compliance department provides our clients with a centralised pool of resources to facilitate administrative tasks that need to be handled outside the scope of one of our dynamic contact centres. Some examples of Compliance functions include:

  • Verification of contracts for all new and existing customer that are acquired in the field

  • Welcome letters printed and posted

  • Recording and batching of verbal contracts on CD / DVD for clients

  • Outbound customer surveys to ensure post-sale customer satisfaction

  • Management of the Transaction Monitoring / Quality Control process

  • Investigation and management of Complaints and associated resolution processes
