SMART University

The SMART University program was implemented in 2007, and since then, over 140 staff have completed Government accredited training courses whilst employed in various roles.

All staff at The SMART Group have the opportunity to complete a Government accredited certificate course in Customer Contact all the way to Diploma level. Through our ongoing partnership with Stanborough Wemyss Consulting, employees are enrolled in:

  • Certificate III in Customer Contact (New employees who have been with the business for less than 3 months)

  • Certificate IV in Customer Contact (Existing employees who have been with the business for 12 months, and are looking to move into management type roles)

  • Diploma of Management (Staff who have completed Certificate III, IV and have a management role within The SMART Group are offered the Diploma of Management course)
