Management Training
All candidates identified as future leaders will become involved in a personalised progression planning program.
With the support of the Training, Development and Cultural department, direct reports and group managers, future leaders will be given tasks and timelines to complete to expand grow their understanding of the business and to identify personal skill sets and areas of interest. These programs include secondment to other business units, “shadowing” of senior management and regular one on one update sessions. Further external training is also available when supplementary expertise is required to develop a future leader. Current external training opportunities include:
