All new employees entering the business will experience a full day Induction focusing on the history, goals, achievements and culture of The SMART group. Following this, our 360 degree management process includes one-on-ones, call monitoring, ongoing training, weekly meetings and 30/60/90 day reviews.

These processes ensure that every staff members progression through our business is maintained and that additional training can be provided in required areas.
