Induction / Sales Training
Creating great employees starts from the very first interview.
All new employees entering the business will experience a full
day Induction focusing on the history, goals, achievements and
culture of The SMART Group. Following this, our 360 degree
management process includes one-on-ones, call monitoring, ongoing
training, weekly meetings and 30/60/90 day reviews.
These processes ensure that each staff member's progression through our business is maintained and that additional training can be provided in required areas.
Along with our accredited certificate and diploma courses, The SMART Group work hard on motivating and mentoring up and coming managers internally.
All candidates identified as future leaders will become involved in a personalised progression planning program.
These programs include secondment to other business units, "shadowing" of senior management and regular one on one update sessions.
Further external training is also available when supplementary expertise is required to develop a future leader. Current external training opportunities include:
